Suggest a better descriptionPut oil on bottom of pan then put dry onion mix on the brisket. Sear the brisket on both sides. Add ginger ale to the pan, cover and cook on the stove. Cook on medium heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Pierce with a fork for tenderness. Cool the brisket, slice then return to the pan. Place in a warm oven for 1/2 to 1 hour.
