Chili made from beef brisket

1. In a large pot over medium heat saute bacon until crispy.
2. Add onions and cook until soft.
3. Add the brisket.
4. Add t he beer and allow it to deglaze the pan. Then add coffee tomatoes, beans green chili and bacon.
5. Bring to a low simmer, cover and cook for a minimum of 30 minutes -- The longer it cooks the better.
