? 1 lb Broccoli (fresh or frozen florets)
? 1 tbsp Olive Oil
? 1 tsp Sesame Oil
? 6 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
? 1 pinch Red chili powder
? 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
? 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
? 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
Pre-heat air-fryer at 390 F for a minute.
Rinse the florets with water and get rid of the ice crystals if using frozen broccoli. Get rid of any excess water.
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl ensuring the florets are well coated with the oil and seasoning.
1 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 6 Cloves Garlic, 1 pinch Red chili powder, 2 tsp Sesame Seeds, 1/2 tsp Pepper powder, 1 lb Broccoli
Transfer the seasoned florets into an aluminum foil and wrap it.
Air fry the florets for 15 minutes.
Open the aluminum foil and cook uncovered for another 1-2 minutes.
Insert a fork to check if the florets are well cooked but a bit crunchy.
