Melt butter in a 9"x13" pan. Mix thawed broccoli with the rest of the ingredients and spoon into the 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 deg for 35 min. Cool slightly before cutting into squares. can be served hot or at room temperature.
Note: Frozen spinach may be substituted for the broccoli.
