This recipe makes 32 servings. It can be divided into 8 meals and frozen to be used at a later date
Add 16 oz of broccoli to each of 8 freezer bags and seal. To the other 8 bags add one pound of beef. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and divide evenly between the bags. Remove air seal and freeze. To use place the contents of the meat bag in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours. Add Broccoli, turn to high, cover and cook for 30 more minutes. Serve with rice.
