Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In an 8 x 10 inch dish, spread cooked broccoli
SAUCE
Make sauce as you would a white sauce.
Melt butter and then gradually add the remaining ingredients.
Cook till thick then pour over broccoli.
TOPPING
Melt butter, add hot water.
Add stuffing and stir gently to absorb water.
Lightly top the broccoli with the stuffing mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes
