Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of parmesan, 2 tablespoons of melted butter & 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning in small bowl and set aside. Chop up any large pieces of broccoli or cauliflower. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in skillet on medium heat, add onion, stir in flour, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, garlic salt and pepper. Add milk, cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add cream cheese and remaining 1/4 cup of parmesan. Cook and stir until cream cheese is melted. Add vegetables and toss gently to coat. Spoon into baking dish and sprinkle top with crumb mixture. Bake for 40 minutes.
Tip - can be made a day ahead, refrigerated and put in oven the day of.
