Suggest a better descriptionPound chicken breasts until thin. Sprinkle chicken generously with seasoning. Break up wedge of cheese and line up in center of chicken breast. Add broccoli florets on top of cheese. Roll breast. Spray skillet with cooking spray, and head to medium heat. Once hot, add the stuffed breasts and cover. Gently flip the breasts a few times, to ensure even cooking. Once cooked through, remove breasts and set aside. Drop the garlic in the skillet and sauté for a minute. Add chicken broth and milk and increase the heat to medium-high. Once sauce is thickened, pour over chicken breast.
