Add 1tbsp oil and 1/2 tsp hing
Wait for hing to brown slightly
Add brocolli and 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
Cover and cook on 3.5 for 15-20 mins mixing a few times to avoid burning. Don’t put on higher heat as it’ll burn!
When done take off hob to avoid further cooking
