pasta for brocoli and spinach pasta
1. In medium skillet, heat the oil and saute the onion & garlic for 2 mins. Add the carrot & capers and cook for 1 min longer.
2. Add the veg stock, red pepper flakes and cook slowly for 5 mins.
3. In medium pan, add 4-5 cups of water and let it come to fast boil. Add the broccoli & cook for 5 mins.
4. Cook spinach fusilli, drain and return to pan. Add the broccoli sauce to the pasta. Also add half the cheese. Mix well. Add remaining cheese.
