1. Saute onions, parsley, garlic and rice in oil until rice is golden
2. Turn into a greased shallow 2 1/2 quart casserole.
3. Add consomme or beef broth and seasoning.
4. Stir well.
5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
6. fluff lightly ; sprinkle with cheese and serve.
