Add the ketchup, chili sauce, bourbon, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, molasses (or sorghum), vinegar, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
Serve warm, or let cool and store in glass jars in the refrigerator.
