Suggest a better description1. Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, dry milk, baking powder and salt three times. Store in airtight container. To make brownies: 1. Combine 1 3/4 cup mix, 1 egg, 1/4 cup warm water, 1/4 cup cooking oil and 1 teaspoon vanilla in mixing bowl. 2. Beat with electric mixer 1 minute at medium speed. 3. Stir in 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. Pour into greased 9 " square baking pan. 4. Bake in 350 degree oven 20 minutes or until brownies are done. 5. Cool in pan on rack. 6.
