Suggest a better descriptionMelt the butter then turn off the fire and add the chocolate.
Whisk till the chocolate is melted and mixed with the butter.
Mix in another bowl the egg and sugar. Whisk fast (blanchir les œufs).
Add the egg and sugar mix to the chocolate mix.
Top it with the flour using a wire mesh strainer to avoid flour chunks.
Add the mix in a 20 cm baking pan that is buttered and floured to avoid sticking.
Bake it in an over at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. Check if done or add extra 5-10 mn
Sprinkle powdered sugar (optional).
