Fat, fluffy, simple delicious pancakes
1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
2. Add wet ingredients to a bowl and stir until almost smooth
3. Add butter to a pan over medium heat
4. Once butter is melted, ladle some pancake mixture into the pan and cook until bubbles start to appear
5. Once bubbles appear, flip the pancake and cook for 5 more minutes (or until cooked through)
Enjoy with fruit and maple syrup
