Melt chocolate and butter. Beat eggs. Stir in sugar and peppermint. Add flour, salt and nuts. Bake in 7x11 pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Frosting. Mix together the butter, confectioners sugar, milk, extract, and food coloring. Put on cooled brownies. Put into refrigerator to set.
Melt one square unsweetened chocolate and one square of semi-sweet chocolate with 1 teaspoon of butter. Cool. Spread on top. Refrigerate.
