BRUNCH BAKED EGGS
Sprinkle 3 cups cheese in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish
In frying pan sauté mushrooms, onion, and green/red pepper till tender but not brown, drain well
Put on top o cheese
Then layer ham strips and add additional cheese on top. Cove and chill in fridge over night
The next morning (or if wanting to get as much prepared ahead of time as possible the next step can be done the night before and put n fridge till morning) combine eggs, milk, flour,chives, parsley. Pour over cheese layer (you would pour this over the next owning if doing things ahead of time).
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
