On the stove: Cook to directions on box using chicken broth instead of water.
In the Instant Pot: Place pasta in bottom of pan. Add in chicken broth. If noodles are not covered, add a little water until just covered. No need to stir. Pressure cook 4 minutes. Quick release. Drain excess water if needed.
Chicken: heat olive oil in pan and add garlic. Add chicken breast/tenderloins and cook until brown. Salt and Pepper to taste. Add balsamic vinegar and stir until coated.
Sauce: melt butter and add garlic until aromatic (about 1 minute). Stir in Heavy cream and shredded Parmesan. Stir until melted and well blended.
Bruchetta: Chop tomatoes, onion, garlic, fresh basil and place into a bowl. Add olive oil and stir until coated. Drizzled in balsamic glaze.
Put pasta in bowl/plate, top with sauce, add chicken, add Bruschetta, top with a basalmic glaze drizzle.
