Fold in nuts and vanilla and pour into a heavy based pot
Cook over a low heat stirring constantly until a porridge like consistency (around 30 mins)
Pour into a tray and cool
Once cool mix in chocolate drops
Drop heaped teaspoons of the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake at 180c for 12 minutes
