Mix dry ingredients well with whisk. Add eggs. Mix vinegar, milk, and shortening, then add to dry mix. Mix all well. Pour onto heated greased griddle and flip when bubbles start to appear throughout and edges start to lift. Mixture will be very thin.
If it is too thick, add just a touch extra vinegar.
