Peanut Butter Balls Instructions
1: Place all ingredients into a stand mixer or bowl
2: Mix until fully combined
3: Take a baking sheet and cover with wax paper
4: Take a piece of the dough and roll in your hands to form a 1-inch ball
5: Set ball onto wax paper
6: Repeat this process until all of the dough is rolled
7: Place a toothpick into the center of each ball
8: Place baking sheet in fridge for 30 minutes
9: While the dough is cooling, start melting your chocolate (you can use a double boiler or microwave)
10: Once the chocolate is melted and fluid, dip each ball into the chocolate (the chocolate should go about 3/4 up the dough ball)
11: After all of the dough has been dipped place them into the fridge to solidify
