Batir la manteca blanda con el azucar hasta que quede cremosa, agregar los huevos de a uno y continuar batiendo. Colocar los ingredientes secos tamizados, intercalados con la leche perfumada con la esencia. Mezclar con espatula de goma. Separar la masa en dos partes. Agregar a una de ellas el chocolate derretido a baño maria. Colocar las mezclas en forma intercalada en un molde de budin ingles, previamente enmantecado y enharinado.
Cocinar en horno precalentado a 160ºC por 30 a 40 minutos. Una vez frio, bañar con una ganache de chocolate. Por ultimo espolvorear con azucar impalpable.
Ganache:
Hervir la crema y volcar el chocolate sobre previamente picado en un bol. Tapar por 1 minuto. Revolver suavemente para evitar que forme burbujas o pierda brillo. Si es necesario agregar leche a la preparacion.
