Great meal to serve when you are serving people you don't know bc everyone puts on what they want. Can also add curry powder if you like Indian food.

I know, this looks like a lot of stuff - but it's worth it!
Cook rice as usual.
Place chicken, soup, gravy and broth in pan and heat through.
Drain the pineapple and oranges. Place in separate bowls.
Put all other toppings in separate bowls. The coconut goes last bc it's your snow for the mountaintop!
To serve - put a scoop of rice on your plate, ladle chicken sauce over rice. Add whatever toppings you like. Don't be afraid to mix fruit and vegetables - you might surprise yourself and like it!
NOTE: Everybody's taste buds are different so add what you like best.
