Not pretty, but really *REALLY* tasty
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Brown ground beef and onion in dutch oven over medium high heat
2. Drain excess fat
3. Add garlic and saute no more than 2 minutes
4. Add spinach, garlic powder, salt and pepper and heat through
5. Add cream cheese and stir until well blended (mash into a mixture)
6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and heavy cream
7. Transfer to oven and bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes (until bubbly, golden brown and delicious)
