Suggest a better description1. Mix binder ingredients: egg, milk and breadcrumbs.
2. In another bowl, mix onion, garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce and ground pork and beef.
3. Add binder mix to meat mix. Combine well. Leave for 15-30mins.
4. Scoop and form into patties.
5. Fry in pan with minimum oil.
6. Once all patties are cooked, retain 1T oil in pan and add butter.
7. Saute mushrooms.
8. Add flour and toast quickly.
9. Add water and Knorr cube and stir constantly until sauce thickens.
10. Spread sauce evenly on patties.
