Delicious burger - beef or lamb
Melt butter in pan
Cut brioche bun in half, Fry the inner side in pan till brown
Heat oven to 150c
In pan melt butter and olive oil.
Salt and black pepper bottom of burger patty and add to the pan once butter melted
salt and black pepper other side of patty.
cook for two - minutes, add more butter to flip onto.
Buns go in the oven.
Flip.
Add onion to pan
Baste the burger
Add two thin slices of cheese ontop of patty
Flip buns in the oven
Place lid on and add tiny bit of water so steam will melt cheese ontop
Group onions on side of pan so they don't burn.

Get buns out cover one in English mustard, the other in tuimato sauce.
Place onion on bottom bun
Place burger ontop of onions
If you have made a lamb burger add some salad.
Close and enjoy :)
