Suggest a better descriptionIn a medium sauce pan, add beans and enough water to cover by two inches. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, partially covered, until beans are tender but not mushy, about 40 minutes. Drain and cool. In the bowl of a food processor, combine beans, garlic, tahini, salt, and pepper, and cayenne. Pulse until smooth. With motor running, slowly pour olive oil and lemon juice through spout into bean mixture until fully incorporated. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
