Suggest a better descriptionAdd yeast to water, soak for 5 minutes. Scald milk and allow to cool, add in soaked yeast, sugar, salt, eggs, melted shortening and flour. Mix well. Do not knead. Place in oiled bowl and cover with towel until doubled. Divide raised dough into 3 parts and roll out like a pie shell to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut dough into triangles, then roll into crescent roll shape. Allow to double then bake at 375 for about 12 minutes.
