Suggest a better descriptionPreheat convection oven to 375 degree. Sift flour, salt & sugar in a large bowl. Make a well in the center of the flour, add ice cold buttermilk all but 8oz & reserve. With the back of a wooden spoon start mixing from the outside in using a folding method until just incorporated, dust the top with flour & form the edges. Dust the table with flour and flip the bowl onto table, dust top of dough with flour & fold dough over in half turn & fold again 7 times, if it gets too sticky add a dust of flour. Press the dough out on a full size sheet tray with parchment paper forming a rectangle & cut into equal squares. Cook at 375 for 8 minutes and turn down to 340 till done. Rotate 1 time at 13 minutes, once biscuits are done, brush 1lb of melted whole salted butter on top.
