A very refreshing dessert perfect for hot summer months.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring until sugar dissolves. Pour mixture into the freezer can of ice-cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Spoon sorbet into a freezer-safe container, cover and freeze 1 hour or until firm.
Combine strawberries and 1 tablespoons sugar, let stand 10 minutes. Spoon berries into serving bowls and top with sorbet. Garnish with mint sprigs if desired
