Suggest a better descriptionTo make gnocchi, combine squash, parm, salt, pepper, eggs and flour. Mix well and roll into a 1" thick log. Cut into 1" pieces. Drop into boiling water and cook until they float.
Before cooking gnocchi, make sauce.
Saute onion in browned butter. Add salt, pepper and sage. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds. Toss cooked gnocchi in sauce and serve.
