Great for Easter holidays
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add in vanilla and egg until incorporated about 15 seconds. Don't overmix.
3. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, sea salt and baking soda. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
4. Add in Cadbury mini eggs and chocolate chips.
I like to use a cookie scoop or roll dough into balls on a greased or lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. You just want them ever so golden. The edges will be slightly brown. Don't overbake these.
Cool on a baking rack and enjoy for an Easter dessert.
If you use a cookies scoop you will get 24 uniform cookies.
If you don't like as a full cookie use 1/2 cup of mini eggs.
