2. Place water/stock, bouillon, cilantro, lime zest and salt in blender till blended thoroughly.
3. Add water mixture to rice and bring to boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
5. When rice is cooked, fluff with fork and add lime juice.
6. Serve with Café Rio pork and beans.
