Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 425*. Spray bake sheet.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion,pepper, corn, and 1 tsp seasoning. Stir and cook until soft (4 minutes).
Transfer to a bowl. Let cool 5 minutes. Add crab, egg white, 1/2c bread crumbs and mayonnaise. Mix well.
Divide into 8 oblong patties (4"x2"). Place on bake sheet.
Combine remaining 1/4c bread crumbs, 1/2tsp seasoning, and 2 tsp oil in small bowl.
Sprinkle 1 tsp of mix on each patty, then press in on.
Bake until heated through and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
