This one is the daughter's favorite.
1 Cook and drain pasta according to package directions
and reserve.
2 Toss shrimp in cajun seasoning.
3 In a large skillet, heat butter over medium high heat.
Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes or until bright
pink and firm. Transfer with a slotted spoon to a
serving plate.
4 Add more butter to the skillet if necessary, then add
green onion and tomatoes. Saute for a couple of
minutes.
5 Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 4-5
minutes. Add shrimp back to the skillet, heat and
serve over pasta.
