Spray bunds pan thoroughly with cooking spray.
Pour caramel topping in bunds pan.
Whip flan ngredients (eggs, sweetened condensed , evaporated milk.and vanilla) together with electric mixer. Then pour into pan..
Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour over flan mix. The batters may appear to mix but will separate while baking, with the flan ending up on the bottom when inverted.
Bake 35-45 minutes. Cool 15-20 minutes before inverting onto plate.caramel topping will drop down sides.
Drizzle additional topping over sliced cake. Before serving
Store refrigerated.
