Chocolaty, but legal for ciliac people
1. Heat overn to 350
2. Line 3 9 inch round baking pans (we use a 13x9 pan) sprayed
3. Mix all ingredients on low until mixed, increase the speed to medium for 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan
4. Bake 30-35 minutes or until the center feels firm to the touch. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pans to wire racks if using round pans. Cool completely
Recipe calls for chocolate frosting.
1. Heat butter in small saucepan until melted. Add the coca, sweetener and half and half, whisking until smooth. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
2. Drizzle frosting between layers if using round tins. Spread it on top.
