2. Coloca una capa de rodajas de calabacitas en una charola para hornear. Rocía 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva y sazona con la sal y hierbas provenzales. Forma otra capa de calabacitas y repite todo el proceso hasta que termines con las calabacitas
3. Hornea durante 30 minutos
4. Mientras, mezcla ell pan rallado, queso parmesano y 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva en un tazón. Sazona con sal y pimienta. Extiende esta mezcla uniformemente sobre las calabacitas después de los primeros 30 minutos de cocción. Regresa al horno y hornea durante otros 10 minutos. Sirve caliente
