-used 2-3 tbs Thai shrimp paste instead of the oyster sauce
- used 220 gm garlic stems and stir-fried them, instead of the garlic cloves
-stir-fried the squid directly (cut into squares/rings) after stir frying the garlic stems and peppercorns then removing them
-add one Thai chili to the stir-fry (green peppercorns would not make the stirfry too spicy on their own)
-Needed some Shaocingwine with the shrimp paste at the end to make the sauce(though the squid will release a lot of water, so maybe not)
-Garnished with peanuts and LIME juice
Different but not spectacular.
