This is a basic for camping and hiking. Great tasting, easy omelette that just takes minutes of your time.
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil over your campfire or stove.
2. Meanwhile, break 2 eggs into a ziplock bag and squeeze to mix. If multiple people, have each write their name on the bag.
3. Place desired ingredients into the bag and mix again. Add whatever ingredients that you like that amount to about 1/2 cup.
4. Press air out of bag and seal well. Add bag to boiling water. Multiple bags can be added at once.
5. Boil for approximately 15 minutes, then use tongs to remove. Open carefully and slide omelet onto plate.
