Can substitute the 2% milk with oat milk

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, salt and 1/2 cup skim milk
In a medium saucepan, combine remaining skim milk and oat milk. Heat over medium heat until bubbles form at the side of the pan. Pour in cocoa mixture. Stir until thickened, about 3-5 minutes
Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Mix until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Pudding can be served hot or cold.
