I change recipes all the time, this one came out pretty good, butt of course, as we all do, change anything and let me know how it was????
preheat oven to 400
cook pasta according to package, ommiting salt
while pasta cooks place bread in food processor pulse 10 times or until course crumbs, measure 1/2 cup, I however use 4 slices or maybe more
melt butter in a large saucepan over med. heat. add onions and garlic cook about 1 min, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, salt , peper, stirring constantly with a whisk until blended. bring to a boil, cook until thick (about 2 mins) add cheese, stir until melted
add fresh spinach and pasta to cheese sauce, stiring until well blended. spoon mixture into 2 quart baking dish coated with BAKING SPRAY. bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until bubbly. yield is 4 servings, unless you added more pasta as I did.
