Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Blend cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk in a large bowl. Divide dough in half. 3. Press 1/2 dough into 9 x 13 pan and bake for six (6) minutes. 4. Sprinkle chips and nuts on chocolate cake layer. 5. Melt caramels and remaining 1/3 cup evaporated milk and drizzle over the chocolate chips. 6. Put remaining dough on top by spoonful, making sure caramel shows through.
