Suggest a better descriptionIn a medium mixing bowl, mash beans with a fork or potato masher until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients (except cooking spray, bread, and condiments, of course); mix well. Shape mixture into 4 patties about 4" in diameter. Spray a nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Cook patties in skillet until browned, turning once, about 8 minutes.
