Suggest a better description1. Place onion and 1 tsp olive oil into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Sauté for 5 min/Varoma/speed 2.
2. Add carrots and chop for 5 sec/speed 7 with the aid of the spatula.
3. Add chicken stock and cook 13 min/100 C/speed 2.
4. Add 30g olive oil and puree 30 sec/speed 9.
5. Add 1-2 tsp salt, adjust to taste.
Optionally sprinkle with dukkah.
