Suggest a better descriptionDirections: Dip the pork tenderloin in the orange juice. Add salt and pepper to the flour and roll the tenderloin into the flour. Place in a baking dish. Place the butter on top of the tenderloin. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes per pound of tenderloin. Remove tenderloin from pan and let rest. Place baking pan on the stove and add about 1/4 cup of orange juice and an addition 1-2 T. of butter. Bring to a boil and reduce to a sauce. Serve with sliced tenderloin.
