1. In a pot of boiling water, cook cauliflower for 4 to 6 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon.
2. Cook broccoli for 2 to 3 minutes and drain.
3. Cheese sauce:
Melt butter
Blend in flour; cook stirring for 2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in milk; cook until thick, 3 to 4 minutes
Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted and incorporated
Add hot sauce and salt and pepper
