So easy way to cook some onions Puerto Rican style to top off your hot dogs.
Sauté onions and garlic in a little bit of oil until just short of soft. Add the tomato sauce and cook until onions are soft and sauce is cooked through. Add more sauce if onions seem too dry.
Tip: You can also cook the onions in ketchup.
