Awesome easy recipe that makes a lot!
Cook covered with water in crock pot for 8 hours on low. Add water as needed. When tender, remove fat and cut up. Then salt and put back in pot. (This is your meat sauce)
Serve over fritos, top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, taco sauce, and sour cream.
