Cook rice.
in wok; toast cumin seeds 1 minute, add oil, onion, garlic, ginger, cook 2 mins.
Add garam marsala, coriander, turmeric, salt, cayenne, cook 2 mins.
Add tomatoes, chickpeas, bring to simmer, cook 10 mins.
Serve over cooked rice.
Garnish with fresh lemon and serve with greens or salad
